If you are having issues with another player, please contact any moderator or use one of the above methods!
Please include your player name and any account numbers involved, otherwise we will not be able to look up the accounts. If you have an issue with an upgrade, please let us know ASAP and include either your transaction ID or receipt number. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to answer your email/message. If in that time you have not received a response, please resend it as we may not have gotten it.
And remember to always check the rules, TOS, Help Page, and News section as they contain important information about the game and your question may be answered there!
